Rent Research Consultants, Inc. was founded in 1996 as an outsourced service provider to national retail chain store tenants. Your real estate broker earns a fee bases on the amount of rent that you pay. The higher the rent, the higher their fee. Our fees are based solely upon the amount of rent you don't pay. We earn no fee if we are not successful in reducing your future occupancy costs and our fee only increases as your rent goes down. We have no incentive to lead you to the highest priced real estate in the market in order to earn a higher commission. We represent only tenants, never landlords.

We Do Safeguard Your Lease Information!
Since lease renegotiations is our only business, you don't have to worry that your valuable lease information will be passed to our development department or given to one of our brokers as a hot leasing lead. A mutual confidentiality clause is part of each of our "Engagement Agreements".

We Do Not Sell Insurance!
Researching rents and leases for the purpose of lease negotiations is our only business. Unlike other consulting companies, we don't sell insurance, market surplus space or do real estate brokerage. Our loyalty is to tenants because we never represent landlords.
